Haven Device Improvement Suggestion

Please put an on/off toggle switch on the Haven Device, that way we can turn it on/off depending on when we want to use them.  It will make them a bit more useful again after the current nerf it received in Update 33.  For example, during sieges, instead of having the Haven be expended after the first wave which is the easiest, we can turn it on during the THIRD wave instead where it can actually do some help.
