So, new infestation changes, they work great. Theyve actually slightly changed the way i play, in that I do a lot more shooting now.
I really like the only having to kill the screamers, and the option to kill the other freaks with some expected reward really makes killing ferals and jugs a palpable option.
The trouble I have now is that the rewards are in fact too much for lethal, maybe NM?
I was thinking "the Cars in lethal are all messed up when you find them". Is the same thing possible with weapons dropped by infestation freaks? Maybe the freaks havent been taking care of them and they are in various stages of needing repair. Maybe they are all empty because the person that was the freak had run out of bullets?
So I propose weapons dropped by infestation freaks could be in various forms of needing repair. The player then has to decide to repair them or scrap them for parts. Bonus, maybe then people will say "i need parts to fix these three 50 cals, maybe ill farm some more infestation..." increasing the infestation interaction.
