Further Customization of Curveballs

Hey there!

Been playing with Curveballs for a bit and for the most part am enjoying it. 

It would be nice if we could have a list of the events by name that we could have active or not by a toggle switch to customize what Curveballs show up in a game.

This would allow, folks like myself, to turn off the dread Black Heart while enjoying the rest of the Curveballs.

Also, it would allow other folks who dislike other Curveballs to customize their game to their specific desires.

Lastly, it would be a nice tool to create new and unique "challenges" for players / streamers.
