Extra Level Of Storage

In the game currently we have storage level 1 (default) then it goes to level 2, then level three is the ‘Special Storage’ (refrigeration, construction, munitions, etc) but I think we should have at least a level three before any special abilities are needed for a storage upgrade. Because level three sometimes still doesn’t feel like enough storage at all.
