Expanding the injury system!
This game already have an Injury system. Also the Bloodplague infection system.
right now when a Character is injured just switching to another character and playing some time will heal the injury completely.
well we can also use items to do that.
But i think what really could exand this is by making the Injurys kinda like negative traits that a charater get. using items will surpress the symptoms of that injury for some time (enough time to get to the base and switch characters), but the injury will not heal itself magicaly after some time. intead we need to operate/heal that character in the medic tent.
Without someone with soem medical knowledge you can only heal injurys to a certain %(like 70 maybe) and for a complete heal a Medic would be needed.
Doctor/Medic Characters would be than extremely usefull then.
also healing injurys needs Time (NO not real time) maybe so like 2 days for a minor injury up to 6 days to a near death experience.
The most frustrating thing about injuries is that they take so bloody long to heal.
