Currently, "People Skills" is an okay quirk skill for a character to have due to the 100% standing rewards and +10% influence gain.
However, it could be improved to realistically encompass being a good judge of character and the ability to read people thus it should reveal one or more traits of potential recruits when selecting "Learn About Survivor" in dialogue menus.
The amount of traits it reveals could be dependent on the relation with that enclave. So if the enclave is neutral...one trait, friendly...one-two traits, and allied .. two or more traits. This reflects the survivor with People Skills progressively getting a better read on the members of that particular enclave/group.
For random, mission-based strangers...one trait is revealed..
But remember, this is exclusive to the survivor with "People Skills". Therefore, you must be controlling them when learning about other survivors.
