I appreciate that you guys want to make as many players happy as possible, but continuing to focus on difficulty should NOT be your top priority anymore. You gave the noobs Green Zone and now we have sliders to play around with for a while. I AM looking forward to an eventual Harder difficulty, but not for the same reasons as everyone else. I see a new mode as an opportunity to bring in plague freaks/walls and skills/facilities from Heartland, as well as more focus on survival elements. But most of the players that keep asking for a harder difficulty are modders that cheat to get the best skills/traits and infinite ammo, and then complain because the game is too easy. For normal players Nightmare Zone is a decent enough challenge and I don't think it's fair for you to put so much effort into trying to appease these complaints, when there are far more important elements that this game is STILL missing.
I don't know how many times I have to say this, but WE NEED SYNERGY BETWEEN OUR COMMUNITIES! We need a SHARED SUPPLY LOCKER and the ability to TRADE SURVIVORS and RESOURCES from one community to another. Think of it like The Walking Dead: Community A is Alexandria, Community B is Hilltop and Community C is The Kingdom. For example: One of our communities could focus on growing crops to trade food to the other 2 communities, one could focus on growing herbs to trade meds. What is the point of having 3 community slots if there's no reason to play with more than one at a time??
This feature is literally ten times easier to implement than most of the stuff you are working on. And it would basically triple the replay value of the game. You guys need to put the new difficulty mode on hold and get THIS on the conveyor belt NOW!
