I want to play solo

I mean: SOLO!

I mean, I want to start with ONE survivor and make a go of it.
Initially this means the survivor needs the ability to find a place safe enough to sleep... or not make it.

Places safe enough to sleep?

Atop a billboard, atop a cell tower, atop the ranger station tower, and similar locations that can't be reached by zeds, needing a double climb or a ladder to get to.  Hell, climbing a sufficient tree should work too... note that this brings a negative trait into play: snoring would be bad.  :)

Over time, the single survivor should be able to find a base and friends, in some order, to grow their community... because humans are social animals.  However, I want to start alone... and feel alone.
