Hostile envclaves, if left unchecked, switch base locations and occupy your outpost, making you lose the outpost and influence invested in it. I'm old but I remember playing the godfather on xbox 360 as a wee little sprout, and in that game I thought it was a lot of fun when the rival AI gangs would bomb your stores. It would be a lot of fun if there was some sort of thing hostile AI factions could do to make you recognize them. Currently, hostile AI factions are only hostile if you walk into their houses.
