The zombie from main menu

Ever since I started playing State of Decay 2 I wonder if I ever encounter this zombie, it looks very interesting and I wonder if it's more deadly from the feral zombies and the Juggernaut zombie. It would be very interesting to see it this freak in the game, what would it do? Will it be deaf, blind or a little stronger from the juggernaut? Or would it be more agile and a little more smarter from the feral?
