This idea stems from the Psychopath (by Desmond Bailey) and Researcher (by Dan Dale) leader ideas, so read those ideas by the people listed above. This would lead to 4 new leader types making 8 in total and give you four "good" alignments and 4 "bad" alignments letting you play a little more as you might want.
A leader obsessed with the Freak Zombies, they want to know how they work. They want not only to be able to destroy them, but the best way to eradicate them. This would lead their quest line down the road of hunting freaks and even attempts to capture them.
Zed Forge- Being a large slot option that replaces the normal Forge. This base would let you make new Freak based weapons specially designed to give you an edge on the Freaks.
(A weapon that would cause Bloaters not to explode no matter where they are hit, a weapon that can cause a Jug to fall to his knees for a bit. Ect.)
Blood Collector- An upgrade for the rain collector that allows you to store the zombie's blood from raids, this would be used to make either Zombie Attacting Scent or Scent Block.
Similar to the Psycho, the Raiders have little moral value about what they do. They want people to bend to their needs, forcing others to leave town or give them supplies...or else. With the end goal of building a massisve raider camp with stolen goods.
Raider Auto Shop- This is a large slot replacement for the normal Auto Shop, replacing all the normal car upgrade kits for a Raider Version. This would make them look scarier and give them for truck space for raids. Also these cars door would not be able to break off by normal zombie, ferals still can break them.
Loot Lot- A small lot that works similar to both a Staging Area and the storage area. Not fully reducing the maintenance cost to zero but rarther halving the cost. Also provides a bit more storage for resources.
