Red Talon Hero Bonus Book

How many times do we recruit a Red Talon and the Hero Bonus is not what we hoped for. So what do we do? Exile? specially the ones that we grinded in Outbreak before the double the rewards patch. I have 17 Red Talons that I had to grind 3 or more hours for them. I also have 10 new Red Talons that took half effort for a total of 27.

Would it be fair to sell via the Prestige Trader a Hero Book for the Red Talons that would correct them when you got a Fire Arms Maintenance with a Hero Bonus of Rooftop Recoinance!!!! Or a Gut Packing with Owed Favors!!!

Make it expensinve if you want to make it hard and worth it. When I recruit a Red Talon for the specific Hero Bonus and it is a trash one I want to cry, specially because there is no guaranty the next one would have what I  want.  Charge me prestige for the Book maybe 1750 prestige or something, make me pay for my bad luck.
