Few of the timer functions* provide any notification of expiry making them difficult/tedious to maintain. They should ALL provide a message notifying of expiry, in the same way they notify when they have completed "set up" and are now activated.
*E.G. Auto Shop: Body Reinforcement and Precision Tuning, Garden: Food Yield boost, Command Center: The influence boosting one (the drone hack does notify when it gets disabled), PRFS: Threat Reduction, Kitchen: Feast etc.
