[PC] Helpful Information to Include In Your Submission

Sometimes, we need a little more information to try and track down the issue you are reporting. Here are some steps to provide us with extra information when reporting a problem with your PC version of State of Decay 2:

1) Windows Event Viewer logs;

a) Press the Windows key and type 'Event Viewer';

b) Press Enter;

c) Click on Windows Logs in the left pane;

d) Click on System or Application;

e) Look for any errors reported that relate to 'Stateofdecay2.exe' or 'Microsoft.Dayton';

f) Please save or copy that text and send it in your reply;

2) DxDiag Files;

a) Press the Windows Key;

b) Type 'DxDiag' and press Enter;

c) Select "Save All Information";

d) Save the file;

e) Attach that file to your reply.

3) Measuring the resource stress when the game is running;

a) Press Ctrl + Alt + Delete and select Task Manager;

b) Click on the Performance tab;

c) Launch State of Decay 2 and watch the resource usage;

d) Note any outstanding usage percentages in the CPU, Memory, or GPU categories;

e) Please include any noteworthy performance issues in your reply;
