There are 3 basic types of issues we ask you to specify. First is called 'Help'. This is if the game is not launching or is crashing frequently. Second is a bug. These are issues you may encounter within the game, but the game is otherwise functional. Finally, we have a category for questions. These are for assistance with game mechanics, missions, or general questions. Please be sure to specify which game and platform for which you are reporting your issue.
