If you are having trouble downloading from the Microsoft Store, please try the following:
1) Open the Microsoft Store;
2) Click on the "Library" button in the lower left corner;
3) Click "Get Updates";
4) If your download still has not started, please go to the State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition product page in the Microsoft Store;
If this fails, try running the update from the Xbox App.
Sometimes, a Windows Update can block your ability to see an available update in the Microsoft Store. Use these steps to check that:
1) Press the Windows Key;
2) Select ‘Settings’;
3) Click on ‘Update and Security’;
4) Click on ‘Check for Updates’;
5) Install any pending updates (even the Optional ones).
We also often hear that people have found pending updates to Gaming Services on their PC. To check manually:
1) Close State of Decay 2 and open the Microsoft Store;
2) Click on the "Library" button in the lower left corner;
3) Click "Get Updates";
We have also heard that navigating to the Xbox Services section of the Microsoft Store and "Install" happens to some people, even if they already have it installed.
After that, we suggest you restart your PC to see if that helped. Please let us know how it went.

1) Press the Windows Key;
2) Type in 'Feedback Hub' and press Enter;
3) Click on "Report a problem";
